<p>The heat in the house may have dehydrated your skin.   We recommend that you get a nourishing facial because your skin could benefit immediately from exfoliation which will brighten and decrease roughness of the face.  We also recommend that you make sure the skin care products you are using are the right ones for your skin type.  Do not use products that are alkaline or have lots of alcohol or preservatives in them.  Go to a licensed aesthetician or dermatologist to get your skin analyzed so that you can use the appropriate products for your skin.  Otherwise, you may damage your skin by simply using the wrong product.  Also exfoliate once or twice a week and follow up with a good moisturizer with a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of at least 15. Lastly, drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day. When doing this regularly, you will not only find a more radiant complexion, but you will also appreciate how well your make-up goes on your face too.</p>
